Is Asana the right fit for you?

Honestly, if you are a small online service-based business (which I assume you are if you on receiving this email), then I would almost always say Asana is going to be a good fit for you.
But I would say that it's not a good fit if you are unable to commit to it. If you can't commit to using it consistently, putting in the initial work, and using it in the way I teach, then it's not going to be a good fit.
The MOST important thing about choosing a tool like this is to choose one that you will stick with.
It's like working out. The best workout for you is the one you are going to be able to enjoy enough to actually stick with and do consistently. It doesn't matter how effective the workout is, if you absolutely hate doing it and that makes you skip doing it all the time, then it's not going to be effective for you.
So, if you're on the fence about which tool to use or whether you should start using one, make sure you're asking yourself whether you are going to hold yourself (or have someone else hold you) accountable to make sure you're using it consistently.
And if you have a team, that's even more important. You have to be the leader here. If you're not fully on board with your new tool or systems, your team isn't going to be either. They will be looking to you to take the lead and encourage them to be consistent with it too.
This is what will ensure that you get the most out of it.
I highly recommend Asana, especially if you are on the fence about which tool is best. I have found, after working with lots of small business owners, that Asana is just the perfect one for us. It is simple to get started using (not as overwhelming as some others), but it's powerful enough to run your entire business with the right strategies in place.
