How to be more efficient as an online business owner

Either listen to the short ā€˜nā€™ sweet podcast episode or keep reading:

Okay, so people always ask me how I'm so efficient and I really struggle to come up with how to answer that. It honestly just comes so natural to me. I mean, I have a list of things I need to get done. And I just sit down and get them done. I love checking things off in Asana. And I love getting results for myself and my clients. It's really as simple as that for me, most of the time.

At the end, I'll come up with a few pointers for you. But first, check this out...

Last week, my client and I were working on creating an automated funnel for her new free mini course.

She sent me a message checking in on the status of the process to see where we were and if she could go ahead and start posting about it in a few days. She wanted to clarify that:

  • if she posts a reel on IG and they comment a keyword, they would be sent a link

  • the link would lead to the landing page for the free mini course

  • they would click through the checkout and get instant access and be added to her email list

My answer to her was "Yes!"

And her response was the screenshot above šŸ¤©

I'm really good at making your complicated processes simple, and I'm good at getting them planned and executed fast.

Like my client said, she was excited that we were ahead of schedule.

I love it when I am able to do this for my clients šŸ„°

This is why I'm able to create your entire customized central hub in Asana in ONE DAY with my Asana VIP Setup service.

This is also why I'm able to help you save so much time and mental energy on an ongoing basis through back-pocket support.

Both are super efficient ways to work with me because you don't have to have this long drawn-out process of consulting calls or time between getting your questions answered. The Asana VIP Setup is done and ready for you in one day and the back-pocket support is asynchronous, which means we can chat every day. You don't have to block off an hour of your busy schedule. You can literally just send me a message when you have a minute between clients or creating, and I'll respond when I have a minute. It's a magical experience šŸ™Œ

You can use the links above to find out more specifics about working with me in those ways. Or reply to this email with any questions.

As promised, here are a few pointers for being more efficient:

  • Create to-do lists with TINY actionable steps and tackle them one by one.

  • Time-block your day so that you can focus on one type of work at a time without context switching or getting distracted.

  • Set goals and use a timer to challenge yourself to get more done in a smaller chunk of time.

  • Take breaks between time blocks to refresh - go outside for a walk in nature!

Hope that helps! Have a great day!
